HISTORIC SHIPS REGISTER, PET “LADY FIONA”

The only remaining Lancaster Canal Company Boat  “Pet”  built at Preston c.1892 later converted to a pleasure craft “Lady Fiona” in the 1960s is now on the National Historic Ships Register.  Pet is now in the care of Canal & River Trust and is in  their yard on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal at Burnley.      Photos, Unloading Coal In Lancaster c1898    and  In Canal & River Trust’s yard at Burnley.
